Join an exciting quad tour Etna, an activity designed for those who want to explore the volcano along adventurous trails and natural off-road routes. This thrilling Etna quad adventure allows you to experience Mount Etna in a dynamic and engaging way, driving through authentic volcanic landscapes for a true outdoor experience.

During the Etna quad tour, you will follow a guided off-road itinerary crossing eruptive fractures and visiting a fascinating lava flow cave — direct evidence of the volcano’s powerful activity. Along the route, you will also see traditional rural buildings typical of the Etna mountain area, closely connected to local heritage and farming traditions.

This Mount Etna off-road trip continues through the characteristic broom forest, descending along ancient lava channels and passing through lunar-like landscapes and wooded “dagale,” distinctive features of the Etna environment. The constantly changing scenery makes every Etna quad adventure unique and surprising.

You will also ride along the bed of a dry stream, where black lava fields alternate with forested areas, before returning to the starting point.

From November to January, the last daily departure may be anticipated by 30 minutes.

From June to September, a special sunset departure is available every day at 18:00 for an unforgettable evening driving experience on Mount Etna.
